The Senior Manager will collaborate with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining delivery, increasing resource efficiency, and improving the digital client experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field - 8+ years of relevant experience - Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model - Ability to travel up to 25% - Active accreditation, such as CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications Preferred Skills: - Large scale transformation experience - Strong program and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint - Working knowledge of data analysis and management - Experience with end-to-end technology project delivery - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines - Experience working in a professional service environment Salary Range: $125,510 to $285,749 Recruiting for this position will end on 4/30/2024.
