Position Summary:

Deloitte Tax's Transformation Office is seeking a Tax Transformation Senior Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for driving improvements in service delivery, through the transformation of people, processes, and technology. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining delivery, increasing resource efficiency, and improving the digital client experience.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and implement Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Coach and develop the Tax Transformation team to enhance delivery capabilities
- Manage multiple projects across various Tax market offerings and business threads
- Identify key results and track progress
- Identify and address dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to improve service delivery processes
- Utilize agile and design thinking techniques to analyze business processes
- Decompose business requirements into functional requirements
- Oversee user testing and contribute to learning strategies and materials
- Assess business readiness and analyze user feedback
- Lead deployment and decommission legacy systems
- Integrate program and project resources, including communication and change management

Team:

The Tax Transformation Office is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and IT professionals. This team focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Active accreditation, such as CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications

Preferred Skills:

- Large scale transformation experience
- Strong program and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of data analysis and management
- Experience with end-to-end technology project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
- Experience working in a professional service environment

Salary Range: $125,510 to $285,749
