Job Overview:

The Labor And Employment Associate Attorney will primarily handle labor and employment law matters, focusing on litigation. They will represent clients in various legal proceedings, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and counsel on labor and employment issues.

Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law matters.
• Assist in client consultations and meetings.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategy and management.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for labor and employment litigation experience; however, general civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
