  • Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to the unique needs of each case and client.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and document review to support case preparations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, such as experts and consultants, to support case objectives.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in California and good standing with the State Bar.
  • Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience in insurance defense litigation, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of California laws and regulations about insurance defense.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
