A law firm in Concord, NH, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a dedicated work ethic, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including admission to the NH Bar.

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to personal injury, commercial disputes, and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions and strategies.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal trends relevant to litigation.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
