Overview:
PwC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PTPA Manager to join our Internal Tax team. This role will involve providing tax compliance and planning guidance to partners and principals within our global network of professional services firms. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of partnership income, state tax credits, and complex tax reporting. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and principals within the PwC network
- Manage and perform individual tax compliance and planning for executives
- Utilize firm-issued technologies to review and plan for individual tax returns
- Identify and address client tax issues and direct them to appropriate resources
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients
- Lead and collaborate with team members virtually
- Coach and provide feedback to staff
- Utilize project management skills to manage resources and budgets
- Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials
- Research complex individual tax issues
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and utilize digitization tools to optimize engagements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance and planning for executives
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of partnership income, state tax credits, and complex tax reporting
- Experience with tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Ability to work with large data sets and utilize data visualization tools
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
