Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to finance and restructuring litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in the management of complex litigation cases and maintain case files.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in case strategy development.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of litigation experience in an Am-Law 100 firm or recent clerkship in a federal or state appellate court.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of finance and restructuring laws and regulations.
• Exceptional writing and research skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
