Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in personal injury law
  • An active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing
  • Strong personal injury experience, including litigation and trial experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar
  • Certification or experience in personal injury law is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
