A law firm is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their national team in advising and representing clients across various sectors in complex litigation matters related to cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech, cybercrime, white-collar crime, intellectual property theft, commercial and employment issues. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of litigation experience and a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on cybersecurity and privacy. The attorney will be based in Wilmington, DE.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil, class action, criminal, and regulatory litigation matters pertaining to cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech (defamation, stalking, threats, First Amendment), cybercrime, white collar crime, intellectual property theft, and commercial and employment issues.
  • Provide expert advice and support in cyber incident response or actively develop expertise in this area.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents.
  • Assist in all phases of the litigation process, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide effective legal solutions.
  • Maintain extreme attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to efficiently handle caseloads.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in civil, class action, criminal, or regulatory litigation.
  • Strong academic record with a . from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
  • Outstanding writing and oral communication skills, with law review, judicial clerkship, or comparable experience.
  • Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania or Delaware, or eligibility to waive into practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on cybersecurity, privacy, social media, Internet speech, cybercrime, and white-collar issues.
  • Substantive expertise in cybersecurity and privacy is a plus.
