Job Overview:

The Litigation Attorney will provide legal representation to clients in civil legal proceedings, primarily focusing on Personal Injury Law. Duties:

  • Provide legal support and guidance to clients, advising them on appropriate actions.

  • Communicate legal options and potential outcomes to clients.
  • Represent clients in civil legal proceedings, including trials and mediations.
  • Prepare legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts accurately and promptly.
  • Assist clients with the execution of agreements.
  • Stay informed about current legislation relevant to the practice area.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Answer discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.
  • Handle Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the State of Arizona.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
  • Experience in management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Must be barred in the State of Arizona.
