A law firm is currently seeking a Mid to Senior-level Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation Associate Attorney for their office in Los Angeles with 4-6 years of complex consumer class action experience, focusing on privacy, cybersecurity, and technology, preferably from a large law firm. The Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for focusing on class action matters involving data breaches or purported violations of privacy statutes, as well as regulatory investigations related to privacy and cybersecurity issues. The role requires proficiency in all areas of complex litigation, including briefing dispositive motions, case management issues, fact and expert discovery, and class certification. The ideal candidate should have experience with data breaches and privacy matters, possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the Bar in the United States is required.
