Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, including personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize caseload to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
