What you’ll do:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, including regulatory compliance, privacy, intellectual property, data protection, and corporate governance
• Draft, negotiate and advise on legal contracts and agreements
• Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Support and advise on the company’s corporate governance processes
• Partner with the business to ensure that all activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance on compliance and risk management
• Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders on legal matters

What you bring to the table:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience with US and international regulation and compliance
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
