As a Manager in Strategic Corporate Tax, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses
- Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, building and managing relationships
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services and advice
- Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets
- Engage in market and business activities external to the firm

To qualify for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

- Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships, with strong knowledge of ASC 740
- Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
