Job Overview:

The Civil Litigation Associate Attorney will handle a diverse range of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more. From case inception to resolution, they will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.

Job Details:

• Manage a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.

• Possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Maintain an active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrate experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Exhibit courtroom experience and proficiency in taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Showcase strong legal research and writing skills with acute attention to detail.
• Possess exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with team members.
• Maintain a client-focused mindset with a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Requirements:
