This individual will provide tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities with a focus on industries such as manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and technology, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant progressive experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and experience in public accounting. They will also possess a strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service to clients and experience servicing multiple client engagements. Excellent supervisory, team-building, and time-management skills are also necessary for this position. As a Tax Senior Associate at FORVIS, you will have the opportunity to work closely with others to plan for the future and help successful companies and their owners avoid surprises, coordinate tax strategies, and grow. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a solution-finding attitude, and the ability to work well with a team as well as independently. Precise attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and against target dates are also essential for this position.
