The associate attorney will be responsible for handling ERISA litigation matters and should be licensed in California with State court litigation experience. The position requires a minimum yearly billing requirement of 1820 hours. Duties:

• Handle ERISA litigation matters and assist clients in legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and stakeholders to develop and implement case strategies.
• Attend court appearances and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• State court litigation experience.
• Ability to meet a minimum yearly billing requirement of 1820 hours.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
