This position requires a Juris Doctorate or better in Law, with a focus on estate planning.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to tax matters, particularly estate planning.

• Represent clients in tax-related proceedings before administrative agencies or courts, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate or better in Law.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning.
