Salary Information:

- California Salary: $176,800 - $243,100
- Washington Salary: $176,800 - $243,100

Experience and Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of legal experience primarily in M&A
- Exposure to deals, investments, and companies in multiple jurisdictions
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
- In-depth knowledge of corporate, securities, and contract law
- Experience with technology, software, and SaaS companies is a plus
- Excellent legal and business judgment
- Proven experience negotiating complex strategic transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with flexibility to assist in various legal activities
- Engagement in volunteer work and pro bono initiatives is a plus
- Must be qualified to practice law in the .

Responsibilities:

- Support Corporate Development in M&A activities globally
- Lead legal due diligence process in acquisitions
- Assist in developing legal strategy across Salesforce's acquisition portfolio
- Manage outside counsel and drive continuous improvements in deal processes
- Assist the broader Strategic Transactions legal team on other high priority tasks and matters
- Manage post-closing integration and indemnification issues
- Communicate findings, risks, and solutions to senior leadership
- Prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Location:

- This role is open to qualified applicants located in Atlanta or Indianapolis

Work Schedule:

- Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days a week in the office and up to two flexible remote work days
