The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, demonstrate excellent academic achievements, and have Am Law 100 law firm experience. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is also required.

Duties:

• Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Handle organizational aspects related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research relevant to corporate law and transactions.
• Interact with clients to address their corporate legal needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards.

Experience:

• Accumulate 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Possesses experience with an Am Law 100 law firm.

Legal Education:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Must be a member of the State Bar or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
