Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate restructuring.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, securities law, and business transactions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:
