The ideal candidates must have experience drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and trial/arbitration preparation. Requirements include a high level of academic achievement, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, and law firm experience with billable hour requirements. Law journal, moot court, or mock trial experience preferred. Admission to practice in California is required. Admission to practice in Nevada a plus.
