Salary range: $91,900 - $206,500 per year (based on relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market considerations)

Key responsibilities:

- Advise multinational enterprises on tax planning decisions, including anticipating and understanding potential short- and long-term consequences
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work product
- Guide clients on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues in Mergers & Acquisition Tax to structure tax aspects of multinational private equity and strategic transactions
- Develop and deepen client relationships and expand KPMG's presence in local and global markets

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; masters in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Strong research, writing, Excel modeling, and communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements, supervise and train staff, and maintain professionalism
- Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, or willing to obtain one within one year of employment
