Olympia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will handle a diverse caseload of clients from the initial consultation through negotiation, mediation, motions, and litigation - including trial prep and trial. Will represent a client interests all the way through the trial process if necessary. Day-to-day handling of family law cases, drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, and demands. Researching and writing memorandum on pertinent legal issues. Guiding clients through the case process, with frequent client contact Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Preparation for and attendance at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial. Guiding and collaboratively working with paralegals and support staff through all phases of client representation. Must have an active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
