Duties:

  • Represent clients in white-collar criminal cases and government investigations.

  • Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence and conducting interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of white-collar criminal and government investigations experience in a law firm setting or relevant experience as a prosecutor or public defender.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Strong understanding of criminal law and procedure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Confidence in representing clients and arguing legal positions.

Education:
