Responsibilities:
- Advise multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues in Mergers & Acquisition Tax to structure tax aspects of multinational transactions
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work product
- Work with alternative investment companies at all stages of the investment life cycle
- Develop and deepen client relationships and expand KPMG's presence in the local and global markets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in taxation, law, or LLM preferred
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements and work well in a team
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships

Salary Information:

- Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, experience, degrees, and market considerations
