Commercial Counsel: Negotiator, Drafting Expert, and Business Partner

The Role:
As a Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting . Sales organizations in structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that agreements are consistent with corporate policies and processes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes on a global scale.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft master subscription agreements and other types of agreements with customers
- Partner with various internal teams to ensure agreements are consistent with corporate policies and processes
- Work with in-house attorneys to obtain necessary approvals and provide support to the business
- Assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes on a global scale

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements
- Strong business judgment and understanding of the importance of closing deals for the business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Curiosity about the technology industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and Legal team colleagues
