Job Details:

  • Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
  • Perform legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Make court appearances as necessary for hearings and proceedings.
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases to ensure comprehensive legal representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law.
  • Tribal Court experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with E-Discovery and law programs such as Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, and OneLegal.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player, reliable, and capable of multitasking.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with E-Discovery and law programs such as Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, and OneLegal.
