Job Details:

  • Simultaneously handles high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
  • Produces quality legal work and ensures timely billing to maintain excellent client services.
  • Manages and generates business through both group and individual efforts.
  • Maintains the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
  • Possesses health care expertise to contribute effectively to the Corporate Services Group (CSG).
  • Works independently and productively, displaying a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business.
  • Must maintain applicable license renewal and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.

 

Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance with IRS and Department of Labor, Multi-employer plans, and benefits in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Preferably, 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.

 

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing motions, and court filings
