A law firm is seeking a Mid-To-Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney for their Winston Salem, NC, location.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, preparing for or taking depositions, working with experts, USPTO office proceedings, trademark searches, surveys, etc. Demonstrated experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters is a plus. They must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed in NC. Duties:

  • Handle all IP litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with experts and consultants as necessary.
  • Conduct trademark searches and surveys.
  • Manage USPTO office proceedings.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of IP Litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters (preferred).
  • Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in NC.
  • Superior client service skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
