A law firm in Spokane is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 7-10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate. Elder Law and Medicaid experience are considered a plus. A Washington license is required, and an Idaho license is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a wide range of legal matters, including Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, and business agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases
  • Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional client service

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • 7-10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate
  • Experience in Elder Law and Medicaid is a plus
  • Active license to practice law in Washington
  • A license to practice law in Idaho is a plus

 

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Washington
  • License to practice law in Idaho (preferred)

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
