A law firm is seeking a Litigating Personal Injury Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:

Job Overview:

The Litigating Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for evaluating the merits of Personal Injury cases, providing guidance and counsel to clients, handling medical reviews, negotiating and settling cases, and managing a large caseload. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law, and effective leadership abilities.

Duties:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary
• Create litigation plans and conduct discovery
• Open new files and manage a large caseload
• Interact with clients during their time of need
• Build and manage a legal team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the State Bar in Florida
