Job Duties:

  • Manage a federal litigation team, including lawyers, paralegals, and clerks.
  • Lead complex federal immigration litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on federal immigration laws and regulations.
  • Develop effective case strategies and provide expert legal counsel to clients.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in federal courts, immigration courts, and administrative hearings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the states of Michigan, California, and New York.
  • 8+ years of experience practicing federal immigration law.

  • In-depth knowledge of federal immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Extensive experience representing clients in federal courts and administrative agencies.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
