  • Prosecution experience at a firm or in-house, with a focus on portfolio management
  • Conducting patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs (Inter Partes Reviews) is a plus

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and solid experience in video processing and video codecs
  • Familiarity with video coding standards
  • Experience in virtual/augmented reality and AI is a plus
  • Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
