Duties:
- Prosecution experience at a firm or in-house, with a focus on portfolio management
- Conducting patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs (Inter Partes Reviews) is a plus

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house
- Strong knowledge and solid experience in video processing and video codecs
- Familiarity with video coding standards
- Experience in virtual/augmented reality and AI is a plus
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Admission to the USPTO is a plus
