Duties:

• Provide leadership in managing and overseeing complex employment defense litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents at an advanced level.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop and execute case strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on legal matters.
• Maintain excellent case management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Handle a diverse portfolio of employment defense matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of employment defense litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and case management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in California.
