Responsibilities include applying agile and design thinking techniques, collaborating with Tax professionals, and driving process improvement through analysis and design.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology and 5+ years of client service experience in tax compliance.

Required certifications include a CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or various technology certifications.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of digital transformation experience, agile delivery and design thinking experience, and PMP or agile certification.

The wage range for this role is $235,170 to $103,320, with potential for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
