Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire legal process, from investigation to trial, for moderately complex civil litigation matters involving claims for monetary damages or compensation for personal injuries or property damage
- Research and develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation
- Establish and maintain relationships with claims representatives and insured clients
- Provide guidance and direction to junior attorneys and collaborate with Home Office Legal

Qualifications:
- Membership in the California Bar
- Appropriate special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting legal proceedings and representing insurance companies
- Strong relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance law and latest developments in the practice of law
- Proficiency with technology for remote work

Education:
- JD degree
