A law firm in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Senior Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record representing providers and professional entities in various aspects of health care regulatory law, including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks. Strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills are essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to health care providers and professional entities.
  • Handle a wide range of health care regulatory matters, including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on health care laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to health care regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to develop effective strategies and solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality client service.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of Mountain View, CA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing health care regulatory law.
  • Extensive experience representing providers and professional entities in business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of health care laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of Mountain View, CA.
