The successful candidate must be a licensed attorney in the state of California.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues, providing comprehensive advice and counsel to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and other relevant materials related to labor and employment matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide legal support and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Stay abreast of changes in labor and employment laws and regulations, and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing membership with the California State Bar.
• 4-6 years of demonstrable experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on wage and hour issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of California.
