Duties:

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class and representative actions.
• Provide legal advice and counseling on labor and employment matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research on labor and employment laws.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective employment policies.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-4 years of experience in employment litigation and advice and counseling.
