Duties:

  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to medical devices and mechanical products.
  • Collaborating with inventors, clients, and colleagues to ensure accurate and comprehensive patent protection.
  • Providing legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including patentability and infringement issues.
  • Conducting legal research and staying current on relevant case law and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • JD degree and admission to the USPTO.
