Bank of America is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to join their team and help drive Responsible Growth through their diverse and inclusive workplace. The Senior Trust Officer will maintain a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts, with a focus on business development and administration of complex accounts. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts
- Handle regulatory and compliance procedures
- Develop new business through estate and financial planning
- Partner with Private Bank teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Lead trust product sales and education for clients and associates
- Manage fiduciary risks and adhere to trust policies
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues
- Engage in high level trust administration and risk management activities
- Communicate and connect with high net worth clients
- Collaborate with other specialists within the Private Bank
- Document interpretation and decision making
- Identify and resolve issues with at-risk clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience preferred
- Professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA preferred
- Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning
- Proactive problem solving and a creative approach to providing solutions
- Ability to close sales and ask for business with high net worth clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- High level of understanding of high net worth clients' concerns and issues
