  • Strong attention to detail, and organizational, verbal, and project management skills.
  • Good business and strategic judgment.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills

  • Proven experience in private equity and M&A.
  • Ability to handle complex negotiations and transactions.
  • Prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
