Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing and possess significant experience in bankruptcy law.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in bankruptcy cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with creditors.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy options and develop strategies to address their financial challenges.
• Manage and oversee bankruptcy cases from initiation through resolution.

Requirements:

• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Proven experience in bankruptcy law, with a minimum of [X] years of practice.
