The candidate will handle all aspects of cases, including case intake, budgeting, management, research, advice, reporting, negotiation, litigation, and appeal.

 

Duties:

  • Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in defense litigation matters
  • Handle case intake, including client meetings and assessment of case merits
  • Develop and manage case budgets
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Prepare for and participate in appellate proceedings as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in the various State and Federal Courts of the state(s) of employment
  • Certificate(s) of Good Standing from appropriate governing bodies

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Admission to practice law in the various State and Federal Courts of the state(s) of employment
  • Certificate(s) of Good Standing
