- Participate in client engagements from beginning to completion, including planning, executing, and completing tax projects

- Conduct tax research and prepare client memorandums
- Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through networking and business development activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-8 years of recent experience in public accounting
- CPA or Bar License preferred
- Strong technical skills in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs
- Some local and national travel may be required
