The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting discovery, and participating in hearings and trials.

Duties:

• Assist with all aspects of commercial litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
