A law firm in Los Angeles is currently looking for a Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in a variety of asset types and structures, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex financial transactions. Admission to the State Bar is a prerequisite for this position.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of legal matters related to structured finance, lending, and securitization.
• Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and structures.
• Participate in the negotiation, drafting, and review of transactional documents.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on deal structuring and strategy.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Manage and organize case files and legal documents.

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience at a law firm.
• Strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Admission to the State Bar.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
