- Directing multinational enterprises on business decisions
- Advising clients on tax planning decisions
- Structuring tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs
- Assisting with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work product
- Advising clients on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Providing services to alternative investment companies
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Masters in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions
- Strong research and writing, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements, develop and deepen client relationships, and expand the company's footprint in local and global markets
