Job Description:
In this role, you will work with various teams across Micron to provide strategic guidance on our trade compliance program. This includes ensuring adherence to export and import laws and regulations, such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Controls (OFAC) regulations, and economic and trade sanctions programs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for global trade compliance that supports business objectives and complies with international legal requirements for both imports and exports.
- Develop process improvements and policies to integrate necessary trade compliance elements into business functions' work streams.
- Liaise with Micron business functions to support compliance with local, regional, and global trade regulations.
- Manage economic sanctions program operations, including denied and restricted party screening activities and training for business.
- Provide guidance on content origin for preferential treatment, domestic content, and Trade Agreements Act.
- Manage trade compliance program initiatives for internal controls, including Technology Control Plans, internal safeguards, and IT controls.
- Support internal and external self-assessments and audit commitments.
- Responsible for developing and providing training to internal stakeholders on export controls and economic sanctions.

Primary Job Qualifications:

- 5-10+ years of experience in export controls and economic sanctions compliance.
- Expertise in US trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC) and understanding of APAC and EU regulations.
- Project management experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to develop and deliver trade compliance training and briefings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make impactful decisions.
- Flexible and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Must qualify as a ". Person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Salary Information and Benefits:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146, - $274,. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The pay scale is subject to change based on business needs. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
