KPMG, a top-ranked global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our Office of General Counsel (OGC) as an Associate General Counsel for Litigation. In this role, you will provide legal support and counsel for civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters related to the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Provide counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement strategies for successful resolution of legal matters
- Collaborate with outside counsel and other members of OGC to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Report to and consult with Vice Chair and Deputy General Counsel on litigation and regulatory issues
- Assist in developing financial projections for supervised matters

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in top law firms or in-house legal departments
- JD or LLM from accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the US
- Experience with complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations
- Knowledge of accounting firms or financial institutions a plus
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration and client-service orientation
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $331,000 - $737,000 for California location
- Salary based on skills, experience, and market considerations
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) plans
